Our Privacy Policy applies to information we collect:
- When you visit or use our websites (including, www.iwownow.com), software applications, and any mobile application operated by us, our affiliates, parents and subsidiaries (including mobile apps, automated tools, and chat functionalities) made available by us for use on or through computers and mobile devices and any other online services or platforms we provide (collectively, our “Website”);
- Contact our customer service team, engage with us on social media platforms that we control, communicate with us, apply to work for us, purchase our products or services, or otherwise interact with us.
- Directly from you, such as content, photos, AI-generated artwork, or other information you upload to our services for creating personalized products. Profile information you add to your account.
- When providing any information or services to you through our websites and services that link to this policy (our "Services").
- Indirectly from you, such as from your interactions with the Company's websites, customer service support, such as your name, email address and profile information.
- From our service providers, such as customer service support providers, data analytics providers, and other service providers for cloud storage or AI image processing.
- Other customers, such as from referral or business programs
It does not apply to information collected by:
- Us through any other means, including on any other website operated by Company or any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries) that does not link to this policy; or
- Any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through the Services and Website.

Personal Information We Collect
The type of information that we collect depends on your interaction and relationship with us.
"Personal Information" is information that identifies, relates to, or describes, directly or indirectly, you as an individual including, without limitation, your name, email address, telephone number, home address, or payment information (for example, account information such as name, postal address, and email address, any other identifier we may use to contact you online or offline), and/or certain additional categories of information that identify you personally.
The types and categories of personal data we collect or process may include, without limitation:
- Account and contact information, including name, alias, postal address, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, phone number, images you upload, and other contact information you provide us with.
- We collect your name, email address, and profile information when you sign in using third-party authentication providers such as Google, Apple, or Facebook. We do not receive or store your password from any third-party provider.
- We use this information to develop, offer, and provide you with our products and services based on your request.
- Location information, including location track approximate location (city, state, country) derived from IP Address via analytics tools.
- Device information, including your IP address, device identifiers, and other device information.
- Inferences drawn from other personal information, such as user interest and engagement patterns from website interactions and analytics tools.
Some of the information identified above, including identification document information, precise geolocation information, may be considered sensitive data under certain laws. If required under applicable law, we will collect and process sensitive personal data only with your consent. If you choose not to provide or allow us to collect some information, we may not be able to provide you with requested features, services, or information.
We also collect:
- Statistics or aggregated information. Statistical or aggregated data does not directly identify a specific person, but we may derive non-personal statistical or aggregated data from personal data. For example, we may aggregate personal data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Services feature.
- Technical information. Technical information includes information about your internet connection and usage details about your interactions with the Services, such as clickstream information to, through, and from our Services (including date and time), products that you view or search for; page response times, download errors, length of your visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), or methods used to browse away from a page.
If we combine or connect non-personal statistical or technical data with personal data so that it directly or indirectly identifies an individual, we treat the combined information as personal information.
How We Collect Your Personal Information and Other Data
You Provide Information to Us
We collect information about you when you interact with our Services and Website, such as name, email address, phone number, physical characteristics or description, [photograph], address, telephone number., bank account number, credit card number/debit card number, or any other financial information. We collect records of products and services purchased (e.g., NFC smart tags, customization services), transaction amounts, and order dates. We also maintain records of items users considered or added to their carts to improve our service offerings.
Automatically Through Our Services and Website
As you navigate through and interact with our Services and Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect information that may include personal data. Information collected automatically may include, without limitation, usage details, IP addresses, operating system, and browser type, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies including details of your interactions with our Services, such as traffic data, location data, and other communication data, and which resources and Services features that you access and use.
Third Parties
We may use these automatic collection technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services.
We may use services hosted by third parties to assist in providing our Services and Website to help us understand our customers’ use of our products and Services. These services may collect information sent by your device when you use our Websites or any application, including IP address, type of device, operating system version, unique or persistent identifiers associated with your device (such as UDID, MAC address, IFA, or identifiers derived from your device’s technical information), network information, technical characteristics of your device or its software, language settings, and usage information relating to your use of the application.
Using automatic collection technologies helps us to improve our Services and Website to deliver a better and more personalized experience.
The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:
- Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you interact with the Services. You may refuse to accept or disable cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser or device. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain features of the Services.
- Web Beacons. Some parts of the Services and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those parts or for other related statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain content and verifying system and server integrity).

When you interact with the Services, there are third parties that may use automatic collection technologies to collect information about your or your device. These third parties may include:
- Square
- Apple
These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Services. The information they collect may be associated with your personal data or they may collect information, including personal data, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, platforms, and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.
We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.
How We Use Your Information
Personal Information Collection, Use, and Disclosure Purposes
We may use and disclose personal information, including sensitive personal information, we collect to advance the Company's business and commercial purposes, specifically to:
- Develop, offer, and provide you with our products, services, and processing orders, including NFC chip binding, pick up code generation and status notifications;
- Meet our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts with you, including for billing or collections, or to comply with legal requirements;
- AI-Assisted Creation- your conversation content is used solely to generate results of the current session and is NOT used for AI model training;
- Fulfil the purposes for which you provided your personal information or that were described to you at collection, and as the CCPA otherwise permits.
- Improve our products or services, marketing, or customer relationships and experiences;
- Contact you about service-related information. (e.g., order status updates);
- Administer our systems and conduct internal operations, including troubleshooting and data analysis;
- Protect our Company, employees, or operations;
- Manage your consumer relationship with us, including for:
- Customer support- Our third-party customer service provider communicates with you via phone and email to respond to consumer inquiries;
- Displaying nearby available pickup locations using precise geolocation;
- Displaying your coupons, favorites, works, and other account-related information;
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law or court order.
Sensitive Personal Information Use and Disclosure Purposes
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than the Permitted SPI Purposes. For more on your right to limit these additional sensitive personal information use purposes, see Your Rights and Choices.
Additional Categories or Other Purposes
We will not collect additional categories of personal information or use the personal information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice. If required by law, we will also seek your consent before using your personal information for a new or unrelated purpose.
We may collect, process, and disclose aggregated or deidentified consumer information for any purpose, without restriction. When we collect, process, or disclose aggregated or deidentified consumer information, we will maintain and use it in deidentified form and will not to attempt to reidentify the information, except to determine whether our deidentification processes satisfies any applicable legal requirements.
Business Purposes Disclosure Personal Information Category and Purposes List
We may disclose the personal information we collect to service providers and contractors for the business purposes described in the Personal Information Collection, Use, and Disclosure Purposes section and as shown below, to support our business functions. We may engage trusted service providers to assist in delivering services. For example, your payment information is processed by Square. Their privacy policies apply. We only make these business purpose disclosures under written contracts that describe the purposes, require the recipient to keep the personal information confidential, prohibit using the disclosed information for any purpose except performing the contract, and meet the CCPA's other contract requirements for engaging service providers or contractors.
Selling or Sharing Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information, including sensitive personal information, to third parties and have not sold it in the preceding 12 months.
Our personal information sharing does not include information about consumers we know are under the age of 16.
Your Rights and Choices About Your Information
This section describes mechanisms you can use to control certain uses and disclosures of your information and rights you may have under state law, depending on where you live.
Advertising, marketing, cookies, and other tracking technologies choices:
- Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. We utilize cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience, remember your preferences, and analyze your use of our services. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies or other tracking technology files, or to alert you when these files are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or similar tracking files, some Services or Website features may be inaccessible or may not function properly. Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that can send a signal to the online services you visit indicating you do not wish to be tracked. Because there is not a common understanding of how to interpret DNT signals, our Services and Website do not respond to browser DNT signals. Instead, you can use the range of other tools to control data collection and use, including the cookie controls and advertising controls described in this policy.
- Do Not Track Signals. Our service does not respond to Do Not Track Signals.
Your State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residency, you may have certain rights related to your personal data, including:
- Access and Data Portability. You may confirm whether we process your personal data and access a copy of the personal data we process. To the extent feasible and required by state law, depending on your state, data will be provided in a portable format. Depending on your state, you may have the right to receive additional information, and it will be included in the response to your access request.
- Delete. You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions and limitations. Once we receive your request and confirm your identity, we will delete your personal information from our systems unless an exception allows us to retain it. We will also notify our service providers to take appropriate action.
- Correct. You also have the right to request correction of personal information we maintain about you that you believe is inaccurate. We may require you to provide documentation, if needed, to confirm your identity and support your claim that the information is inaccurate. Unless an exception applies, we will correct personal information that our review determines is inaccurate and notify our service providers to take appropriate action.
- Opt Out of Using Personal Data for Targeted Advertising and Profiling. As we do not sell or share consumers' personal data, we do not currently provide these consumer rights.
- Right to Non-Discrimination. You have the right not to be discriminated against or retaliated against for exercising any of your privacy rights.
Important: The exact scope of these rights vary by state. There are also several exceptions where we may not have an obligation to fulfill your request.

How to Exercise Your Rights
Exercising the Rights to Know, Delete, or Correct.
To submit a request to exercise your rights to know, delete, or correct your Personal Information, please email.
Please describe your request in sufficient detail so we can properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. You or your authorized agent may only submit a request to know, including for data portability, twice in a 12-month period.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable request to confirm the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
Response and Timing on Rights to Opt-Out
As we do not sell or share consumers' personal data, we do not currently provide these consumer rights.
Response and Timing on Rights to know, delete, or correct
The Company will verify the identity of the requestor and review request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
Some browsers and browser extensions support the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) that can send a signal to process your request to opt out from certain types of data processing, including data "sales" as defined under certain laws.

NFC Related Data Notice
Our services include NFC chip functionality. Please pay special attention to the following:
- Scope of Data Collection: When using the NFC writing feature, we collect and store the chip's physical identifier (chip UID), NFC redirection content, the links you set (custom URLs, AI music links, etc.), and chip activation timestamps.
- Data Association: The above data is associated and stored with your account information and order records.
- Access Controls: NFC content (payload) is accessible only by authorized administrators as needed. Regular operations staff do not have access. Your redirection URLs are not publicly displayed to other users.
- Storage of User-Generated Content: Content you configure for NFC redirection (the "Payload") is stored to facilitate instant redirection. While we implement standard security measures, redirection payloads are not end-to-end encrypted to ensure compatibility with various NFC readers. We strongly advise you not to include highly sensitive personal information (such as passwords, social security numbers, or financial credentials) in the redirection content.
- Data Retention: NFC data is retained during the existence of your account and processed in accordance with legal requirements upon account closure.
How We Protect Your Personal Data
We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect your personal data from accidental loss or destruction and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no website, mobile application, system, electronic storage, or online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to, through, using, or in connection with the Services. Any transmission of personal data is at your own risk.
In the event of a data security incident, including but not limited to unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or destruction of personal information, we will notify affected users via email within a reasonable time after discovering the incident. The notice will describe the types of personal information affected, potential consequences, and the measures we have taken or are taking in response.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. You are responsible for taking steps to protect your personal data against unauthorized use, disclosure, and access.

Children's and Minors' Data
Our Services and Website are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from, children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a child under 13 years old without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
