What is this machine and what does it do?

Our device, the AI Creation Hub, is an AI-powered workstation that crafts custom 3D embossed Timetags with integrated NFC functionality. You can use our webapp to generate or upload AI images and write digital content into the NFC chip. Once you select a nearby device, the machine manufactures your physical Timetags on the spot.

How do I place an order?

Simply scan the WowNow webapp QR code, sign in (or continue as guest), and tap the "+" icon to upload your image or select a featured template. For a step-by-step guide, please check the "User Guide" section on the App's home screen.

What kind of digital content can I write into the NFC chip?

You can link almost any digital content to your Timetag! Popular options include your social media profiles (Linktree, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), a digital business card (vCard), private video or audio links (YouTube, Spotify), personal websites, or even a customized greeting page for a special gift.

Do I need a special app to read the Timetags later?

No, not at all! Any NFC-compatible smartphone can read the Timetags simply by tapping it. The embedded digital link will automatically pop up on the screen, so your friends, family, or clients do not need to download any APP to experience it.

Does the NFC link expire? Can I update the content later?

The link never expires. You can easily update your linked content at any time through the NFC section on your "My Orders" page.

What if the NFC connection fails?

If you cannot read or write to your Timetag, please check the following:

  • Compatibility: Ensure your phone supports NFC (iPhone 7+ with iOS 14+; most modern Android devices).
  • NFC Enabled: Check Settings > NFC to ensure it is toggled ON.
  • Sensor Location: The NFC antenna is typically near the top back camera for iOS and in the center back for Android.
  • Interference: Remove thick phone cases or metal ring holders.
  • Missing Content: Ensure you uploaded NFC data during the checkout process. If the issue persists, the chip may be defective. Please contact support via the webapp.
What if there are no devices near me?

We are expanding rapidly! You can:

  1. Enable Location Services in the App to see the nearest AI Creation Hub on the live map.
  2. Check the "Where to Experience" section at www.iwownow.com for locations.
  3. Suggest a Location: If you’d like to see WowNow in your city or local mall, email your suggestions to support@lorivision.com.
  4. You can contact us to place an order. We will make it at our LA showroom and ship it to you afterward.
Can I still order if the device is "Offline"?

No. If a device is offline, it cannot receive new orders or write NFC data. We recommend:

  • Waiting a few minutes and refreshing the map.
  • Selecting another nearby online device.

  • Note: Orders already in the production queue will be completed once the device reconnects.

Creation & Quality

Can the production time be shortened?

Production time depends on the current queue and the complexity of the 3D relief. To manage your time better:

  • Check the "Estimated Wait Time" in the order detail page before payment.
  • Avoid peak hours for faster turnaround.
  • Keep an eye on your email notifications; we will notify you the moment your Timetag is ready.
What material is the Timetag made of? Is it waterproof?

The Timetag is crafted from a high-strength, eco-friendly metal composite material with a wear-resistant surface finish. It is 100% waterproof and shockproof, ensuring your custom Timetag stands the test of time.

What should I do if my TimeTag gets damaged?

We strive for perfection. If there are issues:

  • On-site Damage: If the Timetag is visibly damaged at the pickup tray, call our support line immediately.
  • Remake: Contact support via the webapp with a photo of the defect; we will issue a credit for a free remake.
  • Refund: If you prefer not to remake, submit a refund request via "My Orders." Approved refunds typically process within 3-5 business days.


The machine simulation looked different from the final product.

Because smartphone screens display in RGB light, there will always be a subtle visual difference when compared to a physical product carved into a 3D textured material under real-world lighting—this is actually the unique charm of the 3D relief process. However, if your Timetag has clear physical defects or severe, incorrect color mapping, please contact our support team immediately.

Are WowNow Timetag recyclable?

Yes, absolutely. We are deeply committed to a greener planet. Every Timetag is crafted using eco-friendly, recyclable, and biodegradable high-molecular polymers, striking the perfect balance between cutting-edge technology and environmental sustainability.

Will the Timetag fit in my wallet?

Yes, absolutely! Our Timetags are precision-engineered to maintain a premium tactile texture while meeting standard wallet slot thickness specifications, allowing them to fit perfectly. We also offer a variety of accessories and add-ons. Your TimeTag can be turned into pendants, charms, gift boxes, and more — compatible with all kinds of usage scenarios.

Pickup & Shipping

The machine is printing my TimeTag, but I have to leave. What should I do?

No worries at all! Your pickup code will be automatically synced and sent to your email and App. Once your TimeTag is finished, it will be securely held inside the device's internal storage vault. You can come back anytime within 48 hours to enter your code and collect it.

What if my pickup fails?
  • Missing TimeTag: If the App shows "Completed" but the tray is empty, it may be a mechanical jam. Contact support with your Order ID for a refund or remake.
  • Invalid Code: Double-check the 6-digit pickup code in your "Order Details."
Do you offer shipping/mailing?

WowNow is designed as an on-site experience. However, if you mistakenly ordered to a device in another city or cannot return to the kiosk, contact support. We can arrange domestic shipping within the US (shipping costs will be at your expense).

Orders & Payments

Will unpaid orders be canceled automatically?

Yes. Unpaid orders expire after a set time (typically 10-15 minutes). If the session expires, you will need to restart your creation.

How do I request a refund?
  • Before Production: Go to "My Orders" and tap "Request Refund." If production hasn't started, it’s usually instant.
  • After Production: Since these are custom items, refunds are only granted for quality defects or mechanical errors.
  • Timeline: Refunds typically return to your original payment method in 3-7 business days.
Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) .

Can I get a receipt?

Yes, a standard digital receipt will be automatically sent to your registered email address.

Is my uploaded photo or generated AI image safe?

Yes, absolutely. We strictly comply with US privacy regulations. Your uploaded personal photos are used solely for your on-site production session. Once production is complete, our system automatically encrypts or securely clears the data. We never use your images for AI training or share them for any third-party commercial purposes.

Who owns the copyright of the AI art I created?

You retain full ownership and usage rights of any AI images you generate through WowNow. You are completely free to share them on your social media, showcase them digitally, or give them as personalized gifts.
